1) Description of Spline Gear Shaft
The splined shaft is a precision component processed by milling, hobbing or cold forming, etc.,
and must be strictly matched with the matching splined hole.
2) Characteristics of Spline Gear Shaft
a) Involute splines (such as those in DIN/ISO standards) are easy to align and the processing technology is mature.
b) Rectangular splines have a lower cost, but their centering accuracy is slightly inferior.
