1) Description of Double Helical Gear Shaft
Double Helical Gear Shaft is a transmission component designed by integrating double helical gears and shafts,
which has the transmission advantages of double helical gears and the support function of shaft parts,

2) Working Principle of Double Helical Gear Shaft
The double helical gear shaft transmits motion and power through tooth surface meshing: when meshing with a paired gear,
the left and right helical teeth are in contact with the corresponding helical tooth surface of the paired gear respectively to
transmit torque; Due to the opposite rotation of the left and right helical teeth, the axial force generated by a single helical gear
when working will be offset by the axial force in the other direction, achieving axial force balance without the need for
additional thrust bearings to bear axial loads.
3) Feature of Double Helical Gear Shaft
a) No axial force: The double helix structure offsets the axial thrust of the unilateral helical gear, reducing the load on the bearing
and extending the service life of the transmission system, especially suitable for high-speed operation scenarios.
b) High load-bearing capacity: The tooth surface contact line is long and evenly distributed, and the number of teeth meshing is more,
which can transmit greater torque and power, which is more than 30% higher than the bearing capacity of spur gear bearings.
c) Good stability: The gradual meshing characteristics of helical gears reduce shock and vibration, coupled with the symmetrical design
of the double helix, the transmission noise is lower, the operation is more smooth, and it is suitable for high-precision equipment .
d) Compact structure: The integrated design of gears and shafts reduces the number of parts, saves installation space,
and improves overall rigidity, making it suitable for transmission systems that require high rigidity.
4) Application of Double Helical Gear Shaft
